About
“Everything we do depends on the quality of thinking we do first”
Imagine having a supportive thinking partner, someone who sees your unique strengths and challenges. Together we we’ll explore what helps you thrive. It’s not about trying to fit in, it’s about understanding yourself and building a life that works for you.
About Me
For a long time, I felt like I was working twice as hard just to stay afloat. I couldn’t understand why things that seemed straightforward for other people felt so draining or overwhelming for me. I blamed myself, masked what I was struggling with, and pushed through, until I couldn’t anymore.
Getting an ADHD diagnosis later in life helped me make sense of what I’d been living through. It didn’t change the past, but it gave me context. I began to understand how my brain actually worked, not how I thought it should work. That shift from self-blame to self-awareness opened the door to something bigger…..self-trust.
It’s what led me to train as an ADHD coach. Not because I have it all figured out, but because I know how powerful it is to have someone alongside you who gets it, someone who can hold space while you unpick old patterns, challenge the “not enough” stories, and reconnect with the parts of you that have always been there, even if they’ve been buried under burnout or masking.
This work is about tuning in, not trying harder. And it starts with being honest with ourselves, and each other.
My Coaching
ADHD coaching with me isn’t about productivity hacks or forcing yourself into someone else’s idea of success.
It’s about slowing down and tuning in, getting curious about what’s really going on underneath the overwhelm, the stuckness, the inner critic.
We look at patterns, not just problems. Because ADHD isn’t just about focus or forgetfulness, it’s about how you see yourself, how you make sense of your experience, and how much energy you spend trying to hold it all together.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to walk alongside you while you start listening to yourself differently, spotting what’s working, noticing what’s not, and gently challenging the beliefs that say you’re “too much” or “not enough.”
Together, we create space to experiment, reflect, and rebuild trust in your own way of being, not by masking or pushing through, but by honouring what you actually need.
No fixing. No judgement. Just real conversations that help you reconnect with your own inner knowing.
