About
“Everything we do depends on the quality of thinking we do first”
Imagine having a supportive thinking partner, someone who understands the complexity of your neurodivergent brain. Together, we’ll look at the whole map of your life to find where you can find more ease and less friction. It’s about building a life that respects your capacity and honours your unique strengths.
About Me
For a long time I worked on the assumption that I just needed to try harder. I masked the struggle, pushed through the overwhelm, and blamed myself for the friction I felt. This led, inevitably, to burnout on more than one occasion.
In my search for support, I sought out professional help only to find that my neurodivergence was a blind spot for them, and for me. I didn't realise then that the mask I had built was actually preventing me from being seen or helped. It left me exhausted and wondering why I couldn't move forward even when I was 'doing the work.'
Discovering I was neurodivergent didn’t just change my story; it gave me context. It was the first time I understood that my brain wasn't broken; it was simply navigating a world that wasn't designed for it. That shift from self-blame to self-awareness is why I became a coach. I don’t believe in 'fixing' people. My work is about supporting you as you step out of the shame cycle and into a space of radical honesty. I provide the partnership and the framework to stop fighting your brain wiring and start designing a life that respects your unique neurodivergent reality. My goal is to be a supportive thinking partner while you deepen the understanding of your own brain wiring, so you can feel seen and heard while we map your path forward
My Coaching
ADHD coaching with me isn't about productivity hacks or forcing yourself into someone else’s idea of success. It’s about finding an honest way forward.
We look at the whole map of your life, not just the parts that feel challenging. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to be a supportive thinking partner while we explore how your brain wiring, your environment, and your current life stage all intersect.
Together, we work to:
See the Friction: Identify where you are fighting against your brain or trying to meet expectations that don't fit you.
Trust Yourself: Pinpoint your strengths and values that stay steady, so you can trust yourself even when things feel challenging.
Design for Ease: Create practical, sustainable shifts that allow you to slowly lift the mask and start living in a way that actually feels like you.
Whether you are navigating a high-pressure career, a complex hormonal shift, or the reality of a late diagnosis, we create the space to experiment and rebuild trust in your own way of being.
No fixing. No judgment. Just real conversations that help you align your life to your brain.
