Jen is a very human, honest and personable coach. Her ability to put me at ease throughout made the perfect space for all we explored. I found the sessions very valuable and I was seen as a unique individual and that I was being listened to completely. Some great tools were used which will stay with me, as will the learning and the encouragement. These sessions have had a really positive impact on me, and on my work.
— Louise I felt immediately aligned with Jen from our first call, and felt I was in a safe space to be myself and open up. Jen made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and that there would be no judgment. Being able to talk through the distractions in my head helped me almost line them up and deal with them one by one, in a logical manner, which is not something I am used to. The biggest aha moments have come from seeing my strengths even in situations that I would have previously seen as negative. I had a pretty good grasp on many of my ADHD traits, but what I am taking away with me is that I do really lean into my strengths more than I thought in the past it was a very slick and easy process working with Jen.
— Moira Barnes I was nervous at first, but working with Jen quickly felt like speaking to a friend. I left each session feeling lighter and clearer. One of the biggest insights I gained was recognising that when I have a difficult day or week, it’s often linked to my hormones or my executive function being overwhelmed. That awareness alone has made a huge difference.Coaching helped me realise that the way I do things isn’t wrong, just different. I’ve gained so much confidence in myself and the decisions I make, especially at work. If you’re thinking about ADHD coaching, my advice would be to be as honest and open as you can, you’ll get so much more out of it
